Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with it's tags. 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as surfboards or magazines cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pukassurf.com and send your item to: C/Mayor 5 San Sebastián  ES 20003.
 
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 
  
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
 
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING AT PUKAS SURF. 
 
PAYMENT
All prices on Pukas are inclusive of 21 % VAT.
We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items.
You can pay with Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Eurocard.
  
SECURITY 
You can safely use your creditcard on our web shop. Our payment system uses 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard. 
  
RETURNS 
You have 7 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items. Just drop us an email to info@pukassurf.com. If the item is sold out, you will however receive a full refund or any other item you may like. 
The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with hangtags.
  
COMPLAINTS AND FAULTS DELIVERED GOODS 
If you have received a faulty item, or if it is not the product is on your invoice, you will be returned simply as described above. If we believe that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product free shipping and will refund your shipping costs equal to the cost of postage for a B-letter. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item. 
  
SHIPPING 
All items are shipped by parcel post with CORREOS EXPRES and DHL. You therefore have the opportunity to follow your package via track and trace from shipping it until it is delivered. 
Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service at info@pukassurf.com

International Packages are shipped using DHL Express Worldwide. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded.
